SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead firm-wide AI education for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, and author digital learning content focused on Harvey and enterprise models like Claude and OpenAI.

You will also drive ethical, confidential, and compliant usage, build guides and prompt libraries, and collaborate with the central training team to maximize practical workflow adoption.

Competenze

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal tech consulting in a law firm.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, prompts, context, tokens.
• Experience creating learning content and administering LMS like Absorb.
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training experience.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent residency in approved states.
