Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual instruction, author digital content, and guide legal professionals on effective and responsible AI usage.

You will drive adoption of Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms, and coach on prompt engineering, token management, and safe data practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
• Direct hands-on training on Harvey AI OR legal environment experience as AI/tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI: prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish modules in the firm's Learning Management System (Absorb LMS).
• Roll out and drive adoption for Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token mgmt strategies.
• Provide guidance on foundation models and tools like Claude, OpenAI, Grok.
• Offer high-touch enablement and workflow support to executives and partners.
• Educate on confidentiality, data privacy, and ethical AI use in legal practice.
• Establish SOPs for AI-enabled legal research and drafting.
• Track attendance, platform usage, and feedback to refine education strategies.
