Neural Concept is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our US West Coast team, with a Bay Area preference for location. The role blends engineering credibility with strategic influence in a hybrid work model.

You will drive pre-sales from discovery to signed SOW, while remaining the technical compass for the account. You will connect VP-level challenges to AI-enabled workflows, define roadmaps, craft tailored demos, and collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth

Qualifications

Engineering degree with CAD/CAE experience
Fluent English and strong communication
Client-facing pre-sales or consulting experience is required
Experience connecting engineering challenges to strategic AI solutions
Ability to create demos and prototypes using AI tools and Python

Responsibilities

Position Neural Concept as a long-term strategic partner and trusted engineering advisor across engineering teams and executives.
Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-impact use cases with feasible, commercially grounded solutions.
Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps translating product direction into a multi-horizon plan.
Deliver compelling, client-tailored demos grounded in engineering workflows.
Prepare and co-own the Statement of Work with deep understanding of technical building blocks.
