Job summary

Sainapse is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Enterprise AI in the San Francisco area, with on-site preference and remote options. You will own presales discovery, solution architecture, demos, and technical validation, then hand off to delivery.

You will translate customer workflows and security requirements into credible architectures, lead technical evaluations and RFP responses, and align capabilities with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, architecture, or customer-facing delivery.
• Sufficient coding fluency to work with APIs, inspect logs, and build useful prototypes.
• Clear communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Freshworks, Zendesk, SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own presales discovery, solution architecture, demos, and technical validation.
• Design customer-specific architectures and credible demos and lightweight prototypes.
• Lead technical evaluations, RFP responses, and security questionnaires with the right internal experts.
• Connect technical capabilities to measurable operational value and hand off to delivery with clear scope.
