Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer on the US West Coast to bridge engineering credibility with strategic AI solutions. You will own discovery to signed SOW cycles, delivering technically credible demos and shaping roadmaps for engineering teams, managers, and VPs.

You will combine CAD/CAE context with Python and ML/DL concepts, guiding clients through multi‑horizon AI strategies while collaborating with Sales and R&D to maximize value and adoption.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent with strong CAD/CAE context.
• Experience bridging engineering problems to AI-enabled solutions in pre‑sales.
• Fluent in English with ability to communicate with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales motions from discovery to demo to SOW.
• Deliver client-tailored demos grounded in engineering workflows.
• Frame technical challenges into AI-enabled solutions and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D to align product direction with client needs.
• Build end‑to‑end engineering workflow demos from design to deployment.
