Neural Concept is seeking a Solutions Engineer for US West Coast, blending engineering credibility with strategic influence. You’ll connect VP-level challenges to AI solutions, owning pre-sales from discovery to SOW while maintaining the technical compass through the client lifecycle.

You’ll lead demos, frame feasible use cases, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Product to shape roadmaps and drive adoption in daily engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow understanding.
• Strong client-facing and pre-sales capabilities.
• Proactive, commercially driven with problem-solving focus.
• Fluent in English and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and identify high-impact use cases.
• Define AI strategy and translate capabilities into roadmaps.
• Deliver tailored demos and client-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to align proposals with client needs.
• Own Statements of Work and guide pre-sales to delivery transitions.
• Drive user adoption and surface expansion opportunities.
• Support Steering Committees with technical insights.
