Job summary

Neural Concept seeks a Solutions Engineer on the US West Coast to bridge engineering credibility with strategic sales impact. You will own the pre-sales motion from discovery to SOW, aligning AI capabilities with customer engineering workflows and roadmaps.

In this hybrid, full-time role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and the Forward Deployed Engineering team to drive adoption, craft compelling demos, and identify expansion opportunities across automotive, aerospace, and high-tech accounts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE exposure.
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting.
• Strong communication with technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions identifying high-impact use cases.
• Define AI strategy and technical roadmaps for accounts.
• Deliver client-tailored demos aligned with engineering workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work and drive pre-sales to delivery transitions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
