Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate or Coordinator, ideally at a technology, fintech, or payments company.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly with all team members across Slack and email.
• Tremendous work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple macOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and TA Partners.
• Routinely scheduling high-volume and complex candidate interviews with partners across the organization, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.
• Cover for other coordinators on the team to keep scheduling and logistics running without interruption.
• Use AI tools to streamline scheduling and coordination work, and flag process improvements.
• Jump in on ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
