Oxygen Conservation is seeking an IT Coordinator to join the People and Performance team. You will be OC’s primary internal IT contact, hands‑on from day one, and work with Oxygen House to scale our technology use.

You will support AI adoption, ensure secure, reliable infrastructure, and empower colleagues to work efficiently from anywhere. This role rewards curiosity, collaboration, and a service mindset in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience of administering a Microsoft 365 environment including users, licences and permissions.
• Experience setting up, securing and supporting laptops and mobile devices for remote workers.
• Strong knowledge of IT fundamentals, hardware, software, and connectivity with a willingness to learn.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and exploring practical daily uses.
• Initiative to resolve small issues quickly and escalate with context when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, high‑quality, proactive IT support to the whole team for hardware, software and connectivity.
• Collaborate with Oxygen House to maintain infrastructure, security and compliance.
• Own joiners, movers and leavers – managing accounts, access and devices from day one.
• Maintain organised records, including asset, software and licence records and access documentation.
