Job summary

Widen the Net | B Corp™ in Santa Monica is seeking an IT program coordinator to support AI training initiatives within the IT department. The role focuses on coordinating and enabling AI tooling training and broader technology programs.

They are looking for an IT program coordinator to join their Santa Monica office and support their further investment in AI tools training programs.

You will provide program coordination and operational support across AI and broader technology initiatives within IT department.

• Support the IT program manager and help keep day-to-day IT/AI training program activities,
• coordinate meetings and logistics, maintain Jira Plans and related work items,
• tracking action items and follow-ups, and support communication with vendors and

Requirements:

• 1 + years experience working as IT program coordinator or IT training/courses coordinator or IT operations coordinator or IT coordinator / IT program assistant or IT assistant or project coordinator
• Experience in workflow management tool such as Jira or ServiceNow or similiar
• Very organised and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, self starter and outgoing personality

• Initially 12 months full time contract and will extend yearly. W2 employer contract offering hourly rate of $34.79 (40 hours per week) plus 50% contribution to medical plan and federal public holidays as PTOs.
• Hybrid working, 4 days on site working from Santa Monica office/1 day remote working.
