Asseti is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep data orders moving through the pipeline, coordinating with our delivery and data processing teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations or field service coordination.
• Bias to action; closes loops reliably.
• Proficiency with AI tools to move faster.
• Organized, detail-oriented with multi-part tracking.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own full order lifecycle from submission to delivery with 24‑hour SLA baseline.
• Monitor order queues and surface blockers early.
• Run QA on survey data within the processing pipeline.
• Coordinate with processing and engineering to ensure clean data.
• Coordinate drone pilots and contractors: schedules, access, collection.
• Manage contractor network against defined scopes and performance.
• Keep Customer Success updated on delivery status.
• Use AI tools to prototype fixes and draft SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to systematize and improve processes.
• Track key metrics with BizOps and provide concise outputs.
