United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of IT Operations to lead IT Support, IT Logistics, and AV/Executive Support across our growing global footprint. You’ll drive a strategic vision, oversee a $5M+ budget, and partner with C-suite peers to evolve proactive, AI-enabled IT services.

This role involves managing a multi-site team, shaping policy, and delivering high-quality infrastructure in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a large, multi-disciplinary IT operations team at a mid-to-large technology company.
• Experience guiding budgets of several million dollars and vendor spend.
• Strong change management and innovation mindset with strategic vision.
• Transparent leadership and trust-based stakeholder relationships at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations across IT Support, IT Logistics and AV/Executive Support with three managers.
• Set vision and operating model, align priorities with company objectives.
• Deploy AI-powered IT services and reduce friction in end-user support.
• Manage international IT logistics and hardware provisioning.
• Collaborate with Exec Leadership, Workplace & Facilities, and Enterprise Security.
