Job summary

Assured is modernizing insurance IT with an AI-forward approach. We seek a Senior IT Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT operations for a fully remote team, lead onboarding/offboarding, and partner across IT and Security to keep environments secure and compliant.

You'll manage identity, access, and device management (Rippling/MDM), extend automation via ARIA Console, and drive IT roadmap as we scale from 200 to 300+ employees, mentoring teammates along the way.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IT support/engineering, remote/SaaS/compliance-driven environment.
• Experience supporting a fully remote workforce; device logistics experience.
• Deep hands-on with IDP/MDM platforms; Rippling preferred; Okta a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SSO/SAML/SCIM/OAuth/MFA across SaaS.
• Automation-first mindset and AI-forward approach.

Responsibilities

• Senior escalation point for a fully remote distributed workforce; support via Slack/Zoom.
• Own onboarding/offboarding, device shipment, provisioning, and lifecycle management.
• Administer identity stack in Rippling, SCIM, and MFA configurations; Okta a plus.
• Mac-first fleet management via Rippling MDM; maintain asset inventory (Snipe-IT).
• Work on AI-powered IT operations, automation of access provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Support SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001 controls; assist audits and evidence gathering.
