Anthropic is seeking an AI Native Account Executive to drive adoption of frontier AI by securing strategic deals with startups. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to launch and design innovative strategies to hit revenue targets.

Collaborating with GTM, product, and marketing, you’ll refine our value proposition, capture market opportunities, and inform roadmaps. A strong consultative seller with a track record of exceeding quotas is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience prospecting and closing startup leads.
• Experience selling to technical stakeholders on complex deals.
• Proven track record exceeding quota with strategic advisory approach.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic through the full sales cycle.
• Design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet quotas and partnerships.
• Identify new customer segments and use cases to expand market reach.
• Inform product roadmaps by conveying market needs and feedback.
