Job summary

Quantanite is seeking a Junior Account Executive to drive AI-driven SaaS sales with enterprise prospects across industries. You will learn the full sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to advance deals.

Starting role focuses on maturing into a full Account Executive within six months, targeting $200k+ opportunities and leveraging a modern GTM motion. You will join a high-performance team in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call centre solutions, or a related B2B sales environment.
Proven outbound pre-sales experience and early-stage deal progression using formal Go-To-Market frameworks.
Sales or pipeline quota experience for 1–2 years, ideally at $1.2M+.
Hands-on experience with sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or similar.
Ability to identify genuine business pain and articulate commercial value.

Responsibilities

Execute structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels and cadences.
Run the full pre-sales cycle including qualification and deep dives into the product.
Engage in conversations to uncover real opportunities with senior stakeholders.
Articulate Quantanite’s AI-driven value proposition and solutions.
Secure access to economic buyers to improve deal momentum and win probability.
