XYZ AI Inc. is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join its SaaS team in a pioneering BDR role in Florida. You will drive outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision makers and qualify opportunities.

You’ll work EST hours, collaborate with leadership, update CRM, and help build outbound processes while aiming to exceed quotas and generate SQLs. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or similar AE role.
• Experience building outbound systems/processes.
• Comfortable working EST hours.
• Relentless drive to hit/exceed quotas.

Mansioni

• Engage in extensive outbound prospecting to connect with new prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, and connect with decision makers.
• Comfortable utilizing AI solutions with prospecting and sales.
• Be an integral part of our rapidly growing team by providing feedback to leadership team.
• Qualify in; qualify out fast against business criteria such as needs, use cases, fit with our solutions.
• Manage leads accordingly.
• Update contact and opportunity information in CRM.
