Uare.ai is hiring a high-performing Account Executive to close multi-seat, multi-stakeholder deals with service providers, education programs, coaching and advisory practices. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to signature, and you’ll help shape our go-to-market as you write the playbook.

You will carry a quarterly quota, build your own pipeline from outbound and SDR referrals, and expand existing accounts by adding more workspaces and seats. Strong writing and demos are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with quota responsibility.
• Led the full sales cycle from sourcing/outbound to close.
• Experienced using AI tools for prospecting, research and follow-up.
• Closed deals with multiple stakeholders in a buying process.
• Able to teach and sell a new category with clear, fast writing and sharp demos.
• Self-directed, capable of building process where none exists.

Responsabilités

• Run the full cycle: source, discover, demo, propose, negotiate and close multi-seat accounts.
• Own a quarterly new-revenue quota and build the pipeline to beat it.
• Manage the pipeline by taking opportunities from SDRs and sourcing your own.
• Land and expand by starting with one team and growing to additional workspaces and seats.
• Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in HubSpot weekly.
• Close the loop by communicating buyer feedback to product.
