Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. seeks a Pricing Strategy Manager to define monetization for AI-powered software and autonomous workflows across subscription, usage, and outcome-based models.

You will partner with Product, Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth while aligning pricing with the value delivered by enterprise automation.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, advanced analytics, and experience pricing SaaS or cloud-based technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• AI Monetization & Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing and packaging strategies for AI-powered software, autonomous agents, copilots, and intelligent workflow solutions.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor pricing, trends, and customer behavior; identify opportunities and position against competitors.
• Financial Analysis: Build pricing models, profitability analyses, and business cases; measure pricing KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align pricing with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance; support pricing in launches and negotiations.
