Job summary

Squarespace is seeking an analytical Senior Lead to shape the economics of our AI product portfolio. You will work at the intersection of strategy, pricing, and monetization to optimize AI feature value for customers and internal costs.

You’ll join a centralized Commercial Strategy team in NYC and partner with Product and Billing to implement pricing decisions, tier structures, and promotions that drive ARPU and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial modeling for product pricing and profitability.
• Experience building pricing strategies and tier structures.
• Proven ability to analyze margin and unit economics with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead margin analysis across AI usage and costs to map unit economics.
• Build and maintain financial models translating AI usage into credit equivalents.
• Model cost/quality tradeoffs of routing configurations with Product & Engineering.
• Design pricing models, including tiers, usage limits and overage mechanics.
• Define SKUs and entitlements with Product and Billing.
• Structure promotions and launch incentives for new AI features.
