Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect for end-to-end design of complex Sales Performance Management engagements. You will lead discovery, define the functional architecture, and guide builds across the SPM portfolio, including Maps, Planning, Spiff, and Territory Management.

You translate customer requirements into scalable Salesforce-based solutions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product teams to deliver on time and within scope. Willingness to travel regionally is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM and related solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning and enablement within SPM.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops, architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate sales performance strategy into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across SF Maps, Planning, Spiff, Programs, and ETM.
• Advise customers on operating model, adoption, and best practices; support pre-sales activities.
• Liaise with product teams to support implementations and maintain governance of scope.
