Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements. You will translate a customer’s performance strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions across the Salesforce platform, including maps, planning, and incentive tools.

You’ll work hands-on in discovery, set standards, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product teams to deliver on-time, in-scope engagements while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions with strong analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops and document end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM tools, including Salesforce Maps and Planning.
• Translate sales performance strategy into a best-fit Salesforce-based solution.
• Provide governance of scope, quality, and reusable design assets.
