Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will translate a customer’s compensation, planning, and territory requirements into a scalable Salesforce solution, guiding discovery, design, and implementation across multiple products including Maps, Planning, and Spiff.

This hands-on, billable role requires strong executive communication, mentorship, and collaboration with product teams to deliver on-time, within-scope

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM, ICM, or related platforms.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to define the SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops; architect end-to-end solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a Salesforce-based solution leveraging Maps, Planning, Spiff, and more.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM suite, including territories and commissions.
• Provide governance of scope, quality, and best practices; mentor junior team members.
• Support pre-sales activities such as discovery, demos, and proof-of-concept development.
