Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will translate a customer’s strategy into a scalable, well-architected solution that spans compensation, planning, territory, and enablement while collaborating with Salesforce product teams.

This hands-on, billable role requires strong leadership, deep SPM domain knowledge, and the ability to mentor peers as part of the Specialized Services organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM, ICM, or related sales tech solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading design efforts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define SPM solution vision, roadmap and deliverables.
• Lead discovery and design workshops, document end-to-end functional solution.
• Translate strategy into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution.
• Own functional design across the SPM suite including maps, planning, programs, and territories.
• Provide governance of scope, quality, and solution standards.
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery, demos, and POC development.
• Liaise with product teams to support implementations and ensure utilization.
• Maintain target billable utilization for the role.
