Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Sales Manager to oversee market success for specialty product lines built on the Service Management platform. This role drives strategy, account planning, and collaboration with customers and partners to enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities include shaping territory strategy, advising AEs, and ensuring alignment with Now Value principles while coaching teams to win opportunities across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• 5+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
• Experience as an AE or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Understanding of business sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use case targeting and execution.
• Provide input to AE during account planning based on territory strategy and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment of territory strategy with Now Value principles.
• Assist customers to envision value of digital transformation through strategy development with the account team and partners.
• Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap and gather feedback.
• Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE in specialty area knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
• Adapt time allocation of responsibilities to territory needs and celebrate successes.
