Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements, translating customer strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions across Salesforce Maps, Sales Planning, Spiff, and Enterprise Territory Management.

In this hands-on role, you’ll drive discovery, design, and governance, mentor teammates, support pre-sales, and liaise with product teams, traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate strategy into a well-architected solution that leverages Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across SPM suite, including maps, planning, and territories.
• Apply Agentforce and AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery and value realization.
• Define blueprint, best practices, and design standards; oversee scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects to align design with integrations and data.
• Mentor team members and promote reusable assets and standards.
• Advise customers on operating model, adoption, and best practices.
• Contribute to proposals, staffing plans, and SOWs; support pre-sales activities.
