Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will translate customer needs into scalable, well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce Maps, planning, and territories across the SPM portfolio.

You will own the functional design, drive discovery workshops, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product teams to deliver on-time, high-quality implementations while maintaining strong client relationships and billable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing or designing Sales Performance Management solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory and enablement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand objectives and define SPM solution vision and roadmap.
• Lead discovery and design workshops, architecture end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate sales strategy into a scalable Salesforce-based solution.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership across the SPM portfolio including maps, planning, and territories.
• Apply Agentforce and AI-powered SPM capabilities to accelerate delivery and value.
• Define blueprints, best practices, and governance for solution scope and quality.
• Liaise with product teams to support implementations and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
