Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You will translate strategy into scalable Salesforce-based solutions across compensation, planning, and territory management, while guiding discovery, design, and builds.

This hands-on role reports to Specialized Services and collaborates with Senior Architects and product teams to deliver on-time projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing or designing SPM, ICM, planning, or related sales tech solutions.
• Ability to translate business strategy into cross-product Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and process design skills.
• Experience modeling complex incentive and compensation logic.
• Familiarity with data concepts and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops for end-to-end SPM solutions.
• Define solution vision, roadmap, and configuration leadership across the SPM suite.
• Partner with Technical Architects to align design with integrations and data.
• Mentor team members and govern solution quality and scope.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and statements of work.
