Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end‑to‑end Sales Performance Management solutions. You will work across the SPM portfolio, including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement, translating customer needs into scalable, well‑architected Salesforce solutions.

You will lead discovery, own functional design, and guide the build, collaborating with senior architects and product teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into well‑architected solutions and to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect the end‑to‑end functional solution across the SPM suite.
• Document the solution blueprint, best practices, and design standards; govern scope and quality.
• Mentor team members and align the design with integrations and data needs.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as discovery, demos, and proofs of concept.
