Zendesk, Inc. is expanding its SMB Account Executive team in a fully flexible US footprint, including SF Bay Area and Austin.

You will drive new SMB revenue using AI-driven insights and a mix of cross-sell and upsell strategies, while managing long, multi-step sales cycles and collaborating with Solutions Engineers. You will engage across buyer levels, craft tailored value propositions, forecast diligently, and leverage CRM tools to optimize engagement, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes

Formación

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales or similar
• Proven record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Experience managing multi-stage enterprise-like deals

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new SMB customers and drive revenue growth
• Maintain and expand relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
• Lead complex sales cycles with AI-driven insights and customer data
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to tailor AI-enabled solutions
