Job summary

Lassie is building autonomous AI systems to help doctors’ offices run more smoothly. As Account Executive, you’ll drive a full SMB sales cycle, from prospecting through closing, while building trust with SMB owners and staffers.

You’ll deliver demos, qualify opportunities, and push opportunities to close, helping offices move toward automation. You’ll join a small, ambitious team and influence GTM messaging while collaborating across product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen our offering for

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience selling to small businesses.
• You built your own pipeline.
• You read the room, ask for the sale, and close deals.
• You build real relationships with buyers, not transactional ones.
• You call things as they are and help fix them.

Responsibilities

• Own a full-cycle SMB sales motion (prospecting, demos, follow-ups, close) against a monthly quota.
• Represent the Lassie brand and unlock referrals by building relationships with doctors, business owners, and communities.
• Improve Lassie's GTM playbook: messaging, objections, and ideal customer.
• Bring market feedback to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen pitch and product.
