Gong is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Austin to generate new business opportunities and build a world-class SDR organization for a category-defining tech company. You will contact prospective customers via cold calling, emails, and social outreach, and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.

You will be part of a growing team that values ambition, trust, and craft, with a focus on coaching, feedback, and shared best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High resilience and ability to rebound from setbacks.
• Coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Experience in sales or sales leadership preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
• Willingness to be in the office 3x/week in Austin.

Responsibilities

• Raise awareness for Gong through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed daily activity minimums of 80–100 actions.
• Manage your own book of accounts and set strategy for engagement.
• Become a power user of Gong's platform to drive adoption.
• Provide feedback to improve SDR effectiveness and efficiency.
