Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Sales Performance Management engagements. You will design end-to-end SPM solutions across compensation, planning, territories, and enablement, working hands-on in discovery, design, and delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM or related sales tech solutions.
Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
Translate business strategy into well-architected, cross‑product solutions on Salesforce.
Executive-level communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define the SPM solution vision, roadmap, and expectations.
Lead discovery and design workshops, architect end-to-end functional solutions in the SPM suite.
Translate requirements into a well-architected solution leveraging Salesforce maps, planning, and territories.
Lead functional design and configuration across the SPM suite and governance of scope/quality.
Mentor team members and contribute to proposals, staffing and SOWs.
