Job summary

Orbital Witness is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to scale our GTM engine. You’ll own the shared core (HubSpot, reporting, stack) and deepen sales operations with Sales leadership on compensation, territory, AE enablement, and forecasting.

You’ll be a T-shaped generalist with deep ops focus, driving AI-native revops, data hygiene, and streamlined processes across Sales, Marketing and CS. This role offers rapid impact and growth in a fast-moving real estate tech company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Revenue Operations or related experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to work across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM systems and HubSpot administration and workflows.
• Deliver accurate reporting across pipeline, funnel, bookings, conversion, and GTM performance.
• Maintain HubSpot as a single source of truth and design scalable processes.
• Lead AI-native RevOps initiatives across data hygiene and automation.
• Support AE productivity, routing, and early-stage pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on compensation, territories, and forecasting.
