Job summary

Builder Prime is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead day-to-day RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success from a strategic vantage point. You will own HubSpot architecture, dashboards, and governance, driving data-informed decisions for GTM leadership.

You will leverage AI tools to redesign reporting, enrichment, and automation, enabling scalable operations as the company grows. This role offers ownership, cross-functional impact, and opportunities to shape a fast-scaling GTM

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a cross-functional GTM Ops role at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Deep HubSpot proficiency. You have owned an instance end to end.
• Experience rebuilding or rearchitecting GTM infrastructure to support a scaling org.
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to move from data to insight to recommendation independently.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership.
• Experience with attribution modeling and marketing automation platforms.
• Practical AI literacy. You have used AI tools to solve real problems in your work and can speak to value vs noise.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day RevOps across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Design and optimize HubSpot architecture, workflows, data integrity, and governance.
• Build dashboards and surface trends for GTM leadership.
• Own renewal and expansion dashboards and cross-functional handoffs.
• Collaborate with CX and Marketing on attribution and AI-enabled workflows.
