Qualifications

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS, performance marketing agency, or high-growth consumer organization.
• Full-funnel ownership across two or more major paid social platforms with hands-on execution and budget responsibility.
• AI fluency in day-to-day workflow with measurable impact on performance.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate briefs into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy and execution across multiple platforms with full-funnel accountability.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with pacing, forecasting, and attribution considerations.
• Refine measurement framework and allocate spend across channels.
• Lead creative testing, brief studios, and derive actionable insights from data.
• Document playbooks and best practices for the paid acquisition team.
• Use AI tools to generate briefs, copy variants, and accelerate audience research.
