Gusto is seeking a seasoned performance marketer to own paid social and emerging channels. You will test new formats, optimize across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, and drive pipeline with AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
Full-funnel ownership across multiple paid social platforms with hands-on execution.
Strong creative strategy and testing instincts; able to translate data into direction.

Responsibilities

Own paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok; drive full-funnel campaigns with clear pipeline targets.
Manage multi-million dollar budgets with pacing and forecast analyses; justify investments across channels.
Refine measurement frameworks and attribution philosophy in partnership with marketing teams.
Lead creative testing at scale; brief studios, design experiments, and extract actionable insights.
