Job summary

Gusto is seeking a seasoned performance marketer to own execution across paid social and emerging channels, testing new platforms, formats, and tactics to drive pipeline and revenue. Qualifications

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS, an agency, or high-growth consumer org.
• Full-funnel ownership across two or more major paid social platforms with hands-on execution.
• Strong creative strategy and testing instincts.
• AI-fluent in practice; use AI tools to accelerate briefs, copy, and analysis.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate briefs into strategy.
• Analytical and data-driven with a view on attribution in imperfect measurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok, from awareness to conversion.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with pacing, forecasting, and budget-vs-actuals analysis.
• Refine Gusto's paid acquisition measurement framework and attribution with the marketing team.
• Lead creative testing and experiments; brief studios and agencies.
• Document playbooks and best practices for the paid acquisition team.
• Use AI tools to generate briefs, copy variants, audience research, and scalable systems.
• Collaborate with Web Marketing to align landing pages and post-click conversion.
• Work with Brand and Influencer teams to turn organic content into paid scale.
• Partner with Engineering to implement new pixels and tracking and ensure reliable measurement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with integrated programs.
