Job summary

Supabase seeks a Senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own systems, data, and programs across the Partnerships function. You will design, build, and scale the operational backbone, including internal tools, onboarding, certification programs, and cross-functional processes, while leading data-informed decision making.

You will report to the Head of Partnerships and work with regional leads to shape where partnerships invest and how systems scale with AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function.
• Experience designing programs at scale, not just running them.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar).
• Experience owning a partner or revenue tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner tech stack end-to-end—CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
• Design and maintain partner attribution models and dashboards used by leadership.
• Ensure data hygiene and consistency across partner records, deals, and touchpoints.
