Job summary

Quickbase Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Partner Operations to own the operational foundation of our partner motion, shaping processes, data, and systems for reliable partner-sourced pipeline.

You will partner with GTM, Sales, and Customer Experience to define end-to-end workflows, data models, and incentives, translating strategy into actionable requirements for our data warehouse and BI layer.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM fluency and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
• Experience defining cross-functional policy, rules of engagement and routing logic with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable specifying requirements for a data warehouse and BI environment (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI) without owning the build.

Responsibilities

• Translate partner strategy into a working operating model with defined processes, system requirements, and measurement.
• Define end-to-end partner motion processes: onboarding, deal registration, lead routing, attribution, co-sell handoff, and renewal ownership.
• Own partner data model, reporting framework, and attribution logic to drive performance and informed decisions.
• Lead changes in partner incentives, rebates, and cross-functional engagement rules; socialize with Sales and Customer Experience leadership.
