Job summary

Supabase is seeking an Associate Partner Development Manager to run the partnership pipeline for AI builders and developer tooling. You’ll work with Growth, Success, and Marketing to assess and close collaboration opportunities with AI tooling ecosystems.

candidato should have MBA or 2–5 years' experience, plus open-source SaaS familiarity and strong analytical/communication skills. Remote-first role supporting diverse global teams.

Qualifications

• Recent MBA graduate or 2–5 years of professional work experience.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies, SaaS models, or developer ecosystems.
• Experience with market research, strategic analysis, or partnership development.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and assess opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage builders and platforms using Supabase—especially within modern environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to execute partnerships.
• Manage onboarded partners, providing co-marketing support to drive adoption.
• Monitor trends across AI-assisted development and open-source infra.
• Help grow Supabase presence within next-generation coding platforms.
