Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone of the Partnerships org. You will design the systems, processes, and reporting that scale the team and, as needed, build internal tools with AI-assisted development.

You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and collaborate with regional and functional leads to enforce operational rigor across teams and shape where partnerships invest, not just how data is reported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or related ops function with experience designing programs at scale.
• Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack—built, bought, or migrated as needed.
• Comfortable operating as the operational voice in exec-level rooms (QBRs, board prep, cross-functional planning).
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar).
• A point of view on partner economics that informs deal structuring, not just tracking.
• Track record of shaping strategic decisions and owning execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM partner objects and attribution tooling.
• Design and run onboarding, tiering, and certification programs for partners.
• Build and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials for scaling the team.
• Develop internal automations and lightweight apps/dashboards for partner health and RFC tracking.
• Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and correct terms in systems.
