Job summary

Supabase is seeking a senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to design and run the operational backbone for Partnerships. You’ll own systems, data, and internal tooling, shaping how the team scales with AI-assisted development and data-driven decision making.

You’ll build onboarding and certification programs, manage RFC/DRI frameworks, and lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance. Remote, global team, competitive equity, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function, with scale-through design experience.
Ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack and ability to make build/buy/migrate decisions.
Comfort presenting as the operational voice in executive settings (QBRs, board prep).
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (Claude Code or equivalent).
A point of view on partner economics to inform deal structure, not just tracking.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the partner tech stack end-to-end.
Build and maintain onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
Own the RFC/DRI decision framework for partnerships.
Lead deal-registration and quarterback account-ownership processes.
Create playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials to scale the team.
Develop internal automations and lightweight dashboards for partner health and performance.
