Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational backbone of the Partnerships org. You’ll design the systems, processes, and reporting the team relies on—and build internal tools to move quickly with data.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll shape partner strategy, run onboarding, onboarding tiers, certification programs, and manage RFC/DRI governance. You’ll lead cross‑functional work with Sales, RevOps, Legal and Finance in a globally distributed,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner or revenue operations.
• Experience designing programs at scale.
• Comfortable in exec-level rooms with data-driven briefs.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience building internal tools or scripts.
• Experience managing cross‑regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner tech stack end-to-end including CRM objects and attribution tooling.
• Design and run onboarding, tiering, and certification programs for partners.
• Own RFC/DRI decision framework for partnerships and refine over time.
• Run deal-registration and quarterback account-ownership processes.
• Build and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials.
• Develop internal automations and dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting.
• Act as technical owner for partnerships' internal tools from spec to ship.
• Manage handoffs to Data/Engineering for production hardening.
• Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue.
