Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—engagement leaders who serve as the operational backbone for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and drive value realization across enterprise engagements.

As a hybrid role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, govern scope, and engage with VP and C-suite stakeholders to turn complex migration workstreams into clear business outcomes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or related roles.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional teams.
• Strong program governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services, System Integrators (SIs), and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites as needed.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Own engagement success end-to-end across the full lifecycle: Discovery Migration Strategy Execution Oversight Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track critical-path milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to keep them unblocked and aligned on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as the primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to standardized target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs.
