Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernizations. You will operate as the operational backbone, leading cross-functional pods and leveraging AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution.

You will partner with Migration Leads, Professional Services, and SI Partners, guiding executive stakeholders and delivering measurable value. Travel up to 25% to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Experience owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Delivery alongside Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engagement success across the full lifecycle: Discovery to Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and align on scope/dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders; translate workstreams into outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and change-management activities.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery.
• Assess readiness and lead change enablement post-migration.
