Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations. You act as a blend of program manager, engagement lead, and business analyst across complex enterprise programs.

You will steer cross-functional teams, govern milestones, and translate migration workstreams into tangible business outcomes. AI tools accelerate discovery and execution, with travel up to 25% to client sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management or consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and strict milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience aligning delivery with Professional Services, SI partners, and external teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics or Data Cloud.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single accountable owner across Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution Oversight, Value Realization and Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and proactively resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, keeping them unblocked and aligned on scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide customers through organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, mapping requirements to target patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract logic, generate project assets, and accelerate workflows.
