Job summary

Artera Technologies LLC is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to scale our marketing engine. You will own the operations infrastructure across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, lifecycle, and AI‑powered processes, partnering with Revenue Operations on cross‑functional initiatives.

The role emphasizes building scalable templates, standards, and AI‑enabled workflows to support Demand Gen, Events, Brand, and other teams, while enabling faster, higher‑quality marketing execution.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field.
• Experience in healthtech or complex B2B environments is a plus.
• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Marketing Operations infrastructure across platforms.
• Own day‑to‑day admin of marketing automation (HubSpot) and Salesforce integrations.
• Maintain data quality, segmentation, consent and data governance.
• Troubleshoot tracking and reporting; drive cross‑functional fixes.
• Develop AI‑enabled workflows to scale campaigns and processes.
