Job summary

Ares Storage Management LLC is seeking a Marketing AI & Automation Manager to optimize marketing processes by designing and governing AI-enabled workflows across content operations, reputation management, and campaign tracking.

You will partner with marketing leadership to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Independent experience in analyzing business processes and deploying live automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with workflow platforms and integrations.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cross-functional processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement AI-enabled content production and reputation-management workflows.
• Define requirements and select architecture within approved platforms and budgets.
• Develop integrations among CRM, content, reporting, and project-management systems.
• Own testing, rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automation systems.
• Establish access controls and change-management standards for AI systems.
• Maintain an automation roadmap and document design decisions and procedures.
