Artera Technologies LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build scalable foundations for our marketing team, including data infrastructure, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll own HubSpot and its Salesforce integrations, and advance campaign processes with a focus on scale.

You will partner with Revenue Operations to ensure Marketing and Sales systems work together, drive data quality, and implement AI-driven improvements across campaigns and reporting.

Competenze

• 5–8 years in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations or related field.
• Hands-on marketing automation experience; HubSpot preferred.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge and data/process integration skills.
• Experience with lifecycle management, scoring, routing, and tracking.
• Proficient with Claude or similar AI tools for workflows.
• Comfort with GitHub and basic front-end tasks.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional communication.
• Self-directed, proactive in ambiguous environments.
