Qualifications

• 6+ years in Instructional Design or Sales Enablement in a fast-paced environment.
• AI tools like Google Gemini integrated into workflow to boost efficiency.
• Experience with modern Sales Enablement platforms and rapid authoring tools.
• Ability to measure impact beyond completion rates (Kirkpatrick Levels 3-4).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-modal learning assets including microlearning and roleplays.
• Leverage AI to draft outlines, synthesize docs, and tailor scenarios by buyer persona.
• Collaborate with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership and Marketing.
• Provide strategic insights based on sales performance analysis.
• Ensure instructional integrity and accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and adapt content.
